Kamaole Sands resort sits on fifteen acres of beautiful tropical landscaping on the island of Maui, Hawaii. The grounds are accented with ponds, waterfalls and fountains. There are ten, four-story buildings with elevators, which are located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. From unit #5-207, the walk to the beach and park, is a little more than the length of a football field away. Kamaole Sands is approximately 30 minutes from the airport. Located in south Kihei (key-hay), on Maui's southern coast. Providing many days of great sunshine.

The grounds provide guests with a large pool area, which has just been renovated. Also, there are two whirlpools, and a keiki (kay-key / children's) wading pool. There are four tennis courts. Free parking with assigned spaces. There are five barbecue pavilions, each having two new gas grills and two picnic tables. We are close to championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, and most activities.

Kamaole Beach III has an open park area, including a small playground. The beautiful beach area is great for an early morning walk, sunning, watching fantastic sunsets, and some whale watching in the winter months. There are some great snorkeling spots along the rocks too.

During your stay, experience a Polynesian luau, bike down Haleakala, or snorkel Molokini. Drive the scenic road to Hana, through the tropical rain forest. Stop at Hookipa lookout on the way to Hana, a popular wind surfing site and a beautiful view. Explore the lush tropical beauty at lao Valley. But most important, take some time to relax and enjoy the "Aloha" spirit. You won't have time to see everything on your first visit. That's why so many people come back to Maui, time and time again. Kamaole Sands unit 5-207, is a newly remodeled one bedroom, two bathroom condo, on the second floor of building five. An extensive renovation was completed during Summer of 2004, including a lot of new furnishings.

Our master bathroom includes a new vanity, tile floor and spacious custom tile shower with shower doors. The bedroom has a new bedroom suit, with a queen bed, and cable TV. The guest bathroom has a new vanity, tile floor and a custom neo-angle tile shower, with glass doors. New tile floors are in the kitchen and hallway also.

A beautiful modern kitchen features all new appliances, new cupboards, and tile back splash. The cupboards are stocked with everyday dishes, a set of good china for special occasions, and some oriental dishes and utensils. Recessed accent lighting illuminates the kitchen, living room and hallway. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. A new cable TV and DVD player are in the living room. Finishing the extensive remodeling is central air conditioning throughout. Central A/C is a new luxury for this immaculate condo, replacing the old noisy wall air conditioner unit.

We supply luxurious 100% cotton, thick fluffy towels, top quality linens, beach towels and superior bath amenities. For your entertainment we have started a library with some novels, CD's, DVD's, children's books, and a deck of cards in the cabinet below the TV. In the hallway closet there are some flotation devices for in the ocean and some sand toys for at the beach.
